Visualising the thermal. Here's a question. If, like bath water, tornadoes generally turn the same way (anticlockwise in the northern hemisphere, clockwise in the Southern), do thermals do this too? Would it then be more efficient to thermal in a certain direction too, perhaps against the flow?
